Pop music performers typically use state-of-the-art technology and recording studios to sound that they want to, and record producers, may have a significant impact. Pop music usually uses a simple, memorable melody and emphasizes the rhythm, often with syncopation, and brought down the basic riff or loop which repeats a whole lot of input. Pop music is often criticized for being too simple and repetitive.
